2. For those seeking professional assistance, Grant offers installation services by their expert engineers. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will provide 1 to 2 engineers, based on the project scale, to supervise and finalize the installation process on-site.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses incurred by the engineer during the installation, including transportation costs.
b. Ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are readily available before the Grant engineers arrive for the installation.
