During ice creation, the ice plate is meticulously sealed, allowing water to be sprayed from the bottom to the top at a frigid -25ºC. This ensures the formation of pure, transparent ice cubes, effectively eliminating nearly 100% of impurities.

Upon formation, the ice undergoes a de-icing process where the ice plate's temperature is gently elevated by a high-temperature hot air flow. This seamless transition allows the ice to descend effortlessly into the storage refrigerator, using its own weight.

Our innovative ice maker offers versatile rectangular and large cube ice options. It's the perfect addition to bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine establishments, cafes, and other venues seeking premium ice quality.
