Product Features:

When producing ice, the ice plate temporarily closes and water is sprayed from bottom to top into the ice chamber at -25ºC, creating pure, transparent ice cubes by removing nearly 100% of impurities.

Once the ice is formed, the ice plate's temperature is elevated by high-temperature hot air flow, effortlessly de-icing and allowing the ice to descend into the storage refrigerator by its own weight.

This versatile ice maker offers rectangular and large cube ice options, making it the perfect choice for bars, clubs, Japanese restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments.
