Warranty Statement

Our entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty.However, the evaporator drum has a warranty of five yearsin case of leaks or deformation (drum replacement is free).

A: For machines between 0.3 ton and 3 tons, delivery takes 2 weeks. For machines over 5 tons, expect 3 to 4 weeks.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: Typically, 30% is paid in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves using provided manuals, online instructions, and live video sessions from GRANT.

2. Installation by Grant Engineers: For machines over 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1-2 engineers (depending on project size) to oversee final installation and commissioning.
